GROUND FIGHTING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
- July 29-31, 2013
Prerequisite: Good physical condition and no existing injuries.
Course Description: This course is designed to teach students the fundamental skills and techniques necessary to effectively deal with a ground fighting situation. Specifically, students will learn how to defend against strikes on the ground, weapon retention strategies, escapes, sweeps, and compliance techniques. Students will learn presentation methods for providing ground fighting instruction.
Who Should Attend: : Officers having a desire to learn ground fighting and improve skill development.
